Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and delivery may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly by email.
Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively through Canada Post and U.S.P.S. While we take care in preparing your order, please note that we cannot be held responsible for:
Errors or delays caused by Canada Post or U.S.P.S.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Damage to products during transit.
Issues related to P.O. Boxes.
Stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. (For this reason, we recommend avoiding the “safe drop” option with Canada Post or U.S.P.S.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Orders under $199: Flat shipping fee of $15.00.
Orders of $199 or more: Free nationwide shipping!
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and can be extended during peak shopping seasons.
Destinations
We ship to all addresses within Canada, United States and Worldwide, including P.O. Boxes.
For international orders, we suggest using package forwarding services such as

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

tmm.tv is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but in the rare event that your order is damaged or lost in transit:
